Race Team Liaison
Working with your athletes and mechanics to understand their needs and create compelling product. Evaluation of component compatibility with frames and forks. Develop reports of the athletes and mechanics interaction with existing and new product.
Frame Geometry Development
Frame geometries are created with my proprietary Ergo Cyclist geometry program. Developed with over seventeen years of custom and stock frame geometry development experience. The program draws on my training as a Serotta, FIST and GURU fitter for road and time trial, triathlon and mountain bikes. Combined with a unique perspective from a human factors and ergonomic view point.
Suspension Geometry Development
Utilizing CAD and Linkage to develop hard points for the basis of the frame's suspension geometry. Keen understanding of the impact of suspension sag on the frames geometry and the interaction of the rider with the bike.
ISO 4210 structural testing simulation
Evaluation of your new frame and fork designs in Solid Works Simulation for motion and structural concerns based on ISO 4210. This virtual test machine helps to isolate potential problem areas earlier in the design process. It also has the flexibility to simulate your own internal testing requirements over and above the ISO 4210 requirements.
